Information and purposes
We may handle enquiry details, contact preferences, security events, cookie choices and technical request information. We use it to provide requested services, route enquiries, secure the site, investigate faults measure use according to your cookie preferences, or load optional services only with the relevant permission.
Public property transaction history
Property History republishes property addresses, acquisition and registration dates, recorded consideration and declared market values from the Isle of Man Government's Land Registry open-data extract. We use these records to help visitors understand property price history and changes over time. We also show confidently matched public listings and asking-price observations where publication is permitted.
Where publication is permitted, historic advertisements may include retained asking prices, the advertising agent, room counts and recorded dates after a listing is no longer available. These archived records do not mean a property is currently on the market. We retain structured advertisement facts and observed price changes to provide this history.
These records are publicly searchable on ManxLiving. We do not import buyer or seller names or contact details from the Registry, or use this feature to identify occupants. We retain historical transactions to provide the timeline and replace the source snapshot when an updated extract is successfully checked. Addresses can change and records can be incomplete or delayed. For an incorrect match, a correction or an objection to publication, contact privacy@manxliving.com. Sharing and retention
Property enquiries may be shared with the estate agent responsible for the listing. Hosting, security and email providers process information where needed to provide their service. Records are retained only as long as required for service, security, legal obligations, disputes and recovery.
When Anonymous audience measurement is active, specialist analytics processors receive limited visit, referral and browser or device information. Advertising features are disabled, and we do not send enquiry contents, names, email addresses or account identifiers. See our Cookie policy. You can turn measurement off at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can change optional cookie choices at any time. Depending on the circumstances, data-protection rights can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. You may also complain to the Isle of Man Information Commissioner.
