Who we are
manxliving.com is operated by Clay Limited (company number 131431C), Hillary House, Prospect Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2EQ. We're a property portal connecting you with properties advertised by estate agents.
What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you use our Site. We also use similar technologies, such as local storage, which work in a comparable way but aren't sent back to us automatically.
Your choices
Necessary cookies support security, sign-in and choices you ask us to remember. First-party audience measurement is on by default. You can turn off 'Anonymous audience measurement' in Cookie Preferences at any time. Existing saved opt-outs remain effective. You can withdraw that choice at any time; withdrawal stops browser measurement and removes its identifier on the next request.
Only first-party audience measurement is offered as an optional purpose. Rejecting it does not prevent you from browsing or sending an enquiry.
Use Cookie Preferences in the footer to accept, reject or change your optional choices at any time. The Site remains usable, and property enquiries remain available, after you reject optional cookies. Your choice lasts for up to 180 days, though we may ask again sooner if something material changes.

Accepted property enquiries may contribute a daily aggregate count without reading or creating the optional audience-measurement cookie. This operational count does not identify the sender in the audience statistics.
Third-party services
Optional browser audience measurement is first-party. Google Analytics and advertising tags remain disabled until a Clay-controlled integration and its provider disclosures and choices are agreed. The property map is served by ManxLiving.
Before we switch on any such service, we'll identify its provider, purpose, storage and lifetime here, and ask for the choice the law requires.
Browser controls
Your browser lets you see, block and delete cookies and local storage. Blocking everything may stop sign-in and saved preferences from working.
