The agency offers all the benefits and services of a traditional High Street agency with a modern twist – as their website is their ‘shop front’ and the admin is carried out from a centrally located, private office, staff are well positioned to serve the whole Island with ease. Dedicated to providing a first class, personal service, utilising technology to enhance communications yet retaining the old fashioned values of integrity, trust and attention to detail. Phone lines are open for general enquiries during normal office hours but Richard, Lisa and their Son Joe work long hours to assist their clients in selling – Quayles has become a ‘lifestyle’ business and agent accompanied viewings are often carried out in the evenings or at weekends – a service which many a client has benefitted from over the years. The Quayles believe in seeing a sale through to completion – often assisting in further negotiations long after Advocates have started the conveyancing process.
Managing Director Lisa Quayle is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, the UK’s leading professional body for estate agency, as well as being a Registered Estate Agent, authorised to carry out agency business by the Isle of Man’s Office of Fair Trading. A holder of the Certificate of Practice in Estate Agency, she has gained valuable hands on experience in all areas of the Residential Property Market having worked in several of the Islands leading agencies prior to setting up Quayles Estate Agency. Lisa is responsible for market appraisals and the majority of the property listings. She particularly enjoys helping clients market their property, taking time and care in producing the sales particulars. Many a compliment has been received about our photographs, well scaled floor plans and write ups which ultimately help a buyer decide whether to arrange a viewing or not.
Sales & Lettings Director Richard Quayle brings extensive sales experience to the team, having previously worked for several large establishments on the Island, latterly in the higher end of the market. Richard officially joined the team in 2009 and currently oversees the lettings side of the business. He is particularly good at matching people to properties and helping a buyer visualise possibilities within a property – an absolute necessity in this business!! A true Manxman and an Ambassador for the Island, Richard is responsible for appraisals, basic listings, accompanied viewings and sales negotiations. His pleasant personality and easy going manner has won the loyalty of many long standing clients over the years.
Sales / Lettings Negotiator Joe Quayle has grown up with property from living through family renovations to being in the Quayles office after school and subsequently joining the company as a Trainee Administrator. Joe now assists with many aspects of the daily running of the business such as liaising with clients, running the diary, smaller property listings, floor plans, virtual tours and generally keeping everyone happy and organised!
