WATCH: woman’s bumpy hospital cab ride

The daughter of a hospital patient who was left unable to walk after a patient transfer journey has taken to Facebook to express her concerns.
Hayley Daughtery, who’s from Douglas, posted a video to a group which is collating feedback on the service after it changed hands from Bridgewater to ComCab Liverpool.
She’d accompanied her mother to a hospital appointment and filmed the bumpy journey back to the airport:
She’s also criticised the lack of appropriate seating and seatbelts in the taxi and says the incident has been logged with Patient Transfer on the Island.
The Department of Health and Social Care says it’s monitoring feedback and will survey a random sample of those affected at the end of this month – however Hayley says she’s not convinced:
