Ramsey courthouse deal with commissioners likely

The Chief Minister says he’ll be surprised if Ramsey Courthouse doesn’t end up in the hands of the town’s commissioners.
Howard Quayle says he thinks the Department of Home Affairs will be able to strike a deal with the local authority over the sale of the building.
However he says government does have a duty to the taxpayer to obtain value for money when disposing of assets:
